This takes a lot of time (and therefore cannot be reasonably estimated up front as regards timing / costing), is dependant on the previous contractual compliance of the project team and has no guarantee of success. I am able to provide input in cases where PM Proposals were involved in proposing and negotiating the initial contracting terms and conditions with your client. In other instances I may be able to refer you to specialists depending on the type of  underlying contract conditions.

The services offered focus on the front-end of your project. Getting working systems and procedures in place “before it goes wrong”. If you require detailed planning / costing services a confidentiality agreement can be signed.

No. You require the full time services of a person who will be based in, and working from, your offices or on site. This function cannot reasonably be performed in a pre-determined time, for a pre-determined cost, by an independent consultant working for multiple clients.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Preferably a pre-determined fee for a specific deliverable on a pre-agreed date. Where a client is uncertain of his requirements, an agreed daily fee excluding travel or accommodation costs will be charged to evaluate status / requirements. A proposal listing recommended deliverables, including costs and time for delivery will then be submitted for client approval.
